Every Glitterally Obsessed tumbler is handmade with real glitter to give you the most sparkle! All of our tumblers are doubled walled stainless steel tumblers & they keep your drinks cold/hot much longer & don’t sweat! Once completed our tumblers are coated in layers of FDA compliant-Food Safe epoxy. This gives each tumbler a high gloss glass like smooth finish! This also means once the epoxy is fully cured the glitter will not come off! (If you purchase a cup with a decal(s) they are placed underneath another layer of epoxy to ensure it stays). *Please remember all of the tumblers are glittered by hand. So every cup will be unique on its own way and slightly different from the other. (No two cups will ever be the same). As with all handmade items, there may be slight imperfections, but this in no way affects the use or quality of the tumbler. *

Cancellations / Returns : Due to the custom nature of my business, I will not accept cancellations, returns, or offer refunds.

Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks (excluding weekends). Holiday turnaround time is 7-9 weeks (excluding weekends).

Shipping: Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for items damaged during shipment, stolen due to incorrect shipping address, or lost in transit. All packages come with insurance so anything lost or received damaged can have a claim filed. (Please remember to keep all original packaging for claims)
