Refund policy
Due to the custom, handmade nature of all items, every product on this site is made to order and tailored specifically to each customer. As such, all sales are final. Glitterally Obsessed does not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all shop policies and terms & conditions.
If a customer experiences buyer’s remorse, becomes indecisive, or repeatedly attempts to alter or change their order after it has been confirmed and paid in full, the order may be subject to cancellation. In such cases, an 80% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the total amount paid.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for supporting a handmade business!
Restocking fee will apply
If a cancellation is requested after your order has been confirmed, your order will be canceled and an 80% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
If your order is missing required personalization details (such as decal information, color preferences, etc.), we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response after two contact attempts, your order will be canceled and a partial refund will be issued, with the restocking fee deducted from the total.
If at any time a customer appears unsure about their purchase or attempts to change or alter their order after it has been confirmed, the order may be canceled and partially refunded, with the restocking fee automatically applied.

Terms of service
All items will be completed within the timeframe stated in each product listing. Glitterally Obsessed reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refund any order due to business, professional, or personal reasons.
Once an order is confirmed, it is considered final. If a customer becomes indecisive, begins requesting modifications, or becomes disrespectful at any point during the process, Glitterally Obsessed reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, an 80% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Custom Orders & Invoicing
For custom orders or special design requests, communication will be handled via the email address provided at checkout. Customers are required to pay any invoice or reserved listing within 24 hours to secure their spot in the production queue. A reminder email will be sent once; if the second invoice goes unpaid, the order will be terminated due to nonpayment.
Prices are subject to change based on customization, specialty glitters, add-ons, and other special requests. If additional costs apply, a new invoice will be sent for the amount needed to complete the order.
Once an order is confirmed, we will only create the design pictured in the original listing. If customization is requested in the order notes, additional fees will apply and must be paid before the changes are made.
Customer Responsibility
Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for errors made by the customer, including:

Misspelled names

Incorrect monogram orders

Wrong decal color, font, or placement

Incorrect shipping information
We do not send decal mockups or previews. All decals are placed at the discretion of the designer during production. Final placement is not subject to customer approval.
Shipping & Damaged Items
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays once your order has been shipped. Tracking information is provided via email, and responsibility transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
If your item arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider. Glitterally Obsessed does not file claims on behalf of the customer. Please retain all packaging and take clear photos of the damage to support your claim. We have no control over whether your claim is approved or denied and cannot issue a refund for shipping carrier decisions.
We take before-shipping photos of every product to ensure it leaves our shop in perfect condition.
Media Rights
Glitterally Obsessed reserves the right to photograph and post any items created and sold on all social media and promotional platforms.
Shipping policy
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most packages are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping provider and your location.
Signature Confirmation (Optional)
We offer signature confirmation as an optional upgrade for added delivery security. If selected, someone must be present to sign for the package at the time of delivery. If no one is available, the package will be held at your local post office for pickup.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve any package held at the post office. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for:

Packages not picked up

Packages left at the post office for 30+ days

Any additional delivery delays caused by missed signature confirmations or failed delivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to failed pickup or incomplete delivery arrangements, no refunds will be issued, and we will not re-ship the item.
Damaged, Lost, or Misdelivered Packages
If your item arrives damaged, the first step is to take clear photos of the damage to both the item and the packaging. You must then file a damage claim directly with the shipping provider. Glitterally Obsessed does not file claims on behalf of customers.
We are not responsible for:

Items delivered to the wrong address

Missing packages
In all such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds and reimbursements will be issued directly through the shipping provider, pending their investigation.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By placing an order with Glitterally Obsessed, you agree to all shop policies, including our no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations policy. All items are custom-made and final sale.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your order—despite agreeing to our terms at checkout—is considered fraud. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously, regardless of the order amount.
In the event of a chargeback:

We will provide your bank or payment processor with full documentation, including order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication records.

We will file a police report for fraud, and pursue legal action if necessary.

The customer will be held financially responsible for any legal fees, chargeback fees, or losses incurred as a result of the dispute.
By checking out, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Fraudulent disputes not only affect small businesses—they are a crime, and will be treated as such.
