Vinyl Sticker Care Instructions

Please inspect your decals carefully upon arrival. If you notice any issues, do not apply them—contact me immediately for help. If you experience problems during application, reach out right away. Once the decals are applied, I cannot offer replacements or resolve concerns.

🚫 IMPORTANT APPLICATION WARNING: Do NOT apply your decal near a windshield wiper. The motion of the wiper blade and the adhesive on it will damage your decal. If you place your decal where the wiper moves across it, it will get ruined. I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper placement.

Decal Application Tips:

For the best results, apply decals when the temperature is between 50°F and 80°F. Avoid extreme heat or cold, as this can prevent proper adhesion. Choose a day with moderate temperatures, and ensure the surface is completely clean and dry. Decals will not stick to wet or porous surfaces, so be sure to prepare the area before application.

Decal Care Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Surface: Clean surface thoroughly with Windex or rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely.
  2. Remove the Backing: Carefully and slowly remove the white decal backing. If the decal sticks to the backing, place it back and use a squeegee to rub firmly over the clear transfer tape.
  3. Align the Decal: Before applying, ensure the decal is aligned properly with the surface to ensure a good fit. This step is crucial for a successful application.
  4. Apply the Decal: Press the decal onto the desired surface. Avoid extreme temperatures and wet or porous surfaces, as the decal will not adhere properly.
  5. Smooth Out the Decal: Use a squeegee to smooth out the decal, removing any air bubbles.
  6. Peel Off the Top Layer: Slowly and carefully peel off the top clear layer at an angle, starting from a top corner and slowly pulling down diagonally.
  7. Clean Residue: Use rubbing alcohol or Windex to remove any sticky residue left from the transfer tape.
  8. Handle Air Bubbles: For air bubbles, use a safety pin to make a small hole and gently push the air out. This will not cause rust under the decal.
  9. Final Note: Decals cannot be reused or reapplied once removed, so it’s vital to apply them slowly and carefully to ensure the best results.

Important Reminder: All decal sales are final, peel and apply decals slowly and carefully to avoid any issues.
