All Sales Are Final – No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
• Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, cancellations (if approved) are subject to a 50% cancellation/restocking fee, deducted from the order amount. This fee covers materials, supplies, transaction fees, and the time already invested in your order.
• Double-check your coaster size before purchasing, as all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
• Once your package is dispatched, our responsibility ends. For more information, contact the shipping provider. Verify and update your shipping address before placing your order.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any issues (such as incorrect or missing items, defects, or damage), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After this window, we are unable to make changes or replacements.
• Reshipping Requirements: If your order is returned to us for any reason (including incorrect address, delivery failure, or refused delivery), the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. If you refuse delivery of your package, a refund will not be issued. To have your package reshipped, a new shipping label must be purchased by the customer to have the order resent and the shipping address must be confirmed before reshipment.
• Reshipping Timeframe: You will have 5 days from the date the package is marked as returned to contact us and arrange reshipping. If no response or payment is received within this timeframe, the order will be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to dispose of the item without refund.
