Custom tumbler orders usually take 3-4 weeks to complete. If you're ordering 4 or more cups, it might take a bit longer. Each tumbler is hand-glittered, making it unique. There might be slight differences due to this process, but it won't affect the quality.
Because our products are custom-made, we can't accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order is placed.
Make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order because we can't make any changes once it's submitted. Double-check the cup size and personalization before buying because orders can't be changed or canceled afterward.

Once your item ships it typically takes 2-7 business days for it to arrive to its destination. Once your order ships we are no longer responsible. Please contact the shipping provider for all questions.
