Cup Color & Style Disclaimer
• Stanley / Brumate cups will be either a neutral color or a color that complements the glitter design on the cup.
• Due to stock availability, special edition releases, and supplier limitations, the exact cup color or style shown in listing photos cannot be guaranteed.
• If you would like a specific Stanley or Brumate color, you must contact us before purchasing so a custom order listing can be created for you.
• Additional fees and extended turnaround times may apply depending on cup color availability.
• Stanley handles will come fully glittered by default.
• If you prefer no glitter on the handle, this must be specified in the personalization box at checkout.
• Stanley / Brumate decals do NOT come on cups unless specifically requested in the personalization notes. Please leave clear, exact, and accurate decal instructions (including color). If a logo decal and color are not listed in your personalization notes, it will not be added to your cup.

How to Order
Select your desired tumbler size from the dropdown menu.
In the personalization box, enter:
• Name or text / font / color
• Add Stanley or Brumate logo + color
• Glittered handle Yes / No
Please Note: “Dupe” tumblers are unbranded look-alike cups and are not authentic Stanley tumblers. To receive an authentic Stanley, please select Stanley from the dropdown menu.

Shop Policies
• All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.
• We do not send messages to confirm orders, request decal confirmations, or clarify personalization notes. Your cup will be made exactly as written in the order notes. Please review your details carefully before submitting your order.
• No Mockups or Proofs: We do not provide font, vinyl, or monogram mockups. For font previews, please visit dafont.com or similar resources.
• Customization Limitations: Design proofs, order changes, or progress updates are not available once production begins. Orders cannot be modified after completion.
• Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate.
• All issues must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. We are unable to fix, replace, or address any issues reported after this timeframe. Please inspect your cup immediately upon arrival.
• Processing Time: Current turnaround times are listed in shop announcements or within the listing. Rush order add-ons may be available — please message us before purchasing to inquire. Rush orders do not speed up shipping transit time. For faster delivery, select UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.

Shipping Information: Tumblers ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. If a UPS upgrade is not selected, your order will ship via USPS. Delivery timeframes are determined by the shipping method chosen. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please refer to your tracking number for updates. Shipping delays may occur during holidays, weather events, postal shutdowns, or global disruptions.

Color & Design Variations
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen and monitor settings.
As each tumbler is handmade, minor variations in glitter placement and finish may occur — this is part of the unique handmade charm.
