In the event that your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping provider. Additionally, please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information, as we cannot be held accountable for misplaced packages due to incorrect customer-entered details. Once your order is placed, no changes, personalization requests, or special modifications can be accommodated. All sales are final. Please remember this is a mystery box. You will not know what is inside the box until you receive it. If you are not a fan of surprises do not purchase the box. Prior to finalizing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date. Due to the custom nature of the products we sell we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once you place your order all sales are final and the item cannot be changed.
