Made to Order Tumblers Turnaround Time: 3–4 Weeks
All glitter tumblers are handmade to order and require 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. If you need your tumbler sooner, please shop our Ready to Ship Collection.  If you need your order before the estimated processing time, please purchase the rush order listing. 

Please note: We are unable to respond to order status inquiries while your order is still within the listed turnaround timeframe. You will automatically receive a shipping notification once your order ships.

• Stanley cups will be either a neutral color or a color that complements the glitter design on the cup.
• Due to stock availability, special edition releases, and supplier limitations, the exact cup color or style shown in listing photos cannot be guaranteed.
• If you would like a specific Stanley color, you must contact us before purchasing so a custom order listing can be created for you. *Additional fees and extended turnaround times may apply depending on cup color availability*.
• Stanley handles will come fully glittered by default.
• If you prefer no glitter on the handle, this must be specified in the order notes or decal personalization box.
• Stanley decals do NOT come on cups unless specifically requested in the personalization box. Please leave clear, exact, and accurate decal instructions (including color). If a Stanley decal and color are not listed in your personalization notes, it will not be added to your cup.

Please note that certain specialty tumblers have specific glitter colors that cannot be changed or modified. If you want to request a glitter color change, add chunky glitter, or additional decals like emojis and quotes, please visit the tumbler add-on section and add the appropriate listing to your order. If you do not add the add-on listing, your tumbler will be made without the requested add-ons.Please be aware that once you place your order, you cannot make any changes to it. Whatever you enter in the personalization box is how your decal will appear on your cup. Capitalization, placement, verbiage, monogram, and punctuation are critical when leaving your decal notes. Before finalizing your order, please ensure that you have googled or visited dafont.com to view the font you selected. We will no longer modify decal requests sent via email or social media messenger after you have placed your order. If you leave the decal personalization box empty or partially filled out, you will receive a cup without a decal. This also applies to decal colors and fonts. Please double-check your personalization notes before completing your order. While we always aim to send clear lids, some orders may include a colored frosted lid.
