✨ Every tumbler purchase comes with a lid, reusable straw, care instructions, & a complimentary gift.

🎁 Every Glitterally Obsessed tumbler is handmade with real glitter to give you the most sparkle! All of our tumblers are doubled walled stainless steel tumblers & they keep your drinks cold/hot much longer & don’t sweat! Once completed our tumblers are coated in layers of FDA compliant-Food Safe epoxy. This gives each tumbler a high gloss glass like smooth finish! This also means once the epoxy is fully cured the glitter will not come off! (If you purchase a cup with a decal(s) they are placed underneath another layer of epoxy to ensure it stays). Please remember all of the cups are glittered by hand & every cup will be unique in its own way & slightly different from the other. No two cups will ever be the same. As with all handmade items there may be slight imperfections, but this in no way affects the use or quality of the tumbler. Each tumbler is throughly inspected before sending off & will have pictures & videos taken prior to confirm perfect condition.

🔄 Turnaround Time: Typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Holiday turnaround time is 5-7+ weeks. 

📬 Shipping: Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items due to incorrect shipping information. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for items damaged during shipment, stolen due to incorrect shipping address, or lost in transit. All packages come with insurance so anything lost or received damaged can have a claim filed. Please remember to keep all original packaging for claims. Once your package ships Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible. Please contact the shipping provider with all questions & whereabouts of your package. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.

❌ Please make sure you look over font + decal color & tumbler selection. Once you place your order you cannot make any changes to it. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for personalized decals if you’re unhappy with the font or color you selected. Please remember to check name spelling & monogram letter placement. If you selected a monogram, make sure you specify which way you want the order of the letters. 

⏰ Rush Order: If you need your cup by a certain date please purchase the rush order listing. Glitterally Obsessed will not move your order to the front of the line if you don’t pay the rush fee no exceptions. 

🚫 Mock-up / Picture Updates: Due to the number of orders we work on each day Glitterally Obsessed does not send mock ups or update pictures of the items you purchase
