✨ The Glitterally Obsessed mystery box is a box that contains a glitter tumbler plus mystery items. Each month the mystery box has a theme & most items included in the box will coordinate with that theme. All items included in the box will be a complete surprise. The tumbler design + decals will be selected by the designer. 

🚫  Tumbler decals will be centered around the box theme. Depending on the theme of the month. All cup designs + theme, cup sizes, & mystery items will be selected by the designer. Customers cannot request customizations or ask for certain items to be included in the box.

🗓  Mystery box themes change monthly & will be different from the previous months theme. All mystery boxes are limited edition. Once the box sells out or the purchase deadline has passed we will not have anymore boxes available. There are two different box sizes: Obsessed box & Glitterally Obsessed, the number of mystery items varies with the type of box you choose. The Glitterally Obsessed box will always come with more mystery items since the box is bigger. 

📫  Shipping price is not included in the box price. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost. Mystery boxes typically ship 3-4 weeks after purchase. Once your box ships it typically takes 2-5 business days for it to arrive to you. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your item arrives damaged a claim can be filed with the shipping provider. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for misplaced packages due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer. Once we send your package off we are no longer responsible for your order. Please contact the shipping provider for all questions or whereabouts of your package. 

👉🏼 Please remember all tumblers are glittered by hand. Every cup will be unique in its own way and slightly different from the other. No two cups will ever be the same. As with all handmade items there may be slight imperfections, but this in no way affects the use or quality of the tumbler.

📋  Shop Policy: Due to the custom nature of my business I will not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds or partial refunds. Once you place your order you cannot make any changes to it or request personalization or make any special request. All sales are final. Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date & correct prior to placing your order. Glitterally Obsessed is not responsible for shipping the item to the wrong address entered by the customer.
